Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Khordain. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With all tags attached
• In original packaging

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Worn or washed clothing
• Items without original tags
• Final sale items
• Gift cards

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process refunds.

Exchanges
If you need a different size, please contact us and we will assist with an exchange if the item is available.
